We found a beautiful brand-new construction home that perfectly suited our needs. One of the great advantages of new construction homes is that they often come with incentives and flexible move-in dates making the transition smoother and more convenient. Mykids' preschool is just 4 minutes away, the local Walmart is 6 minutes away, and we're only 8 minutes from Pinnacle Hills and the Promenade Mall. It's the perfect location for our family!
